Rapid Struct (Pty) Ltd launched in 2015 and has since designed and installed in excess of two hundred masts o.b.o. ISP’s.

WE DARE to innovate. Not merely accepting convention for its sake but striving to resolve long-standing and ever-evolving challenges in telecommunication infrastructure. We continuously design new solutions, often alongside our engineering partners; to provide a better product, installation methods and security options.
WE DARE to install masts in remote locations where others fear to venture, in support of our clients’ drive for network expansion. The terrains we face are immense and often result in “seal-team-level” training, bleeding, bruises, or even contracting tick bite fever. However, to us the reward of achieving the seemingly unachievable and a happy client is immense.

We commit to continuously analyze the industry to address the needs and challenges of ISP’s across South Africa and neighboring countries. We aim to provide progressive solutions in our effort to become a simply indispensable supply partner.
Rapid Struct is often favored by national parks and heritage sites as our masts have a low environmental impact. The below is possible for masts of up to 24 meters.
- Our mast installation solutions only require light or no excavation, resulting in minimal impact on the soil.
- Masts are self-supporting with no need for guy ropes, potentially impacting animals in high grazing areas.
- Our unique installation ensures no contamination of the environment, with concrete dust or mixing patches.
- Our ability to install a mast in less than a day, limits foot traffic and subsequent damage to fauna and flora at the location. Installation time is dependent on the accessibility of the site.
- It would be possible to remove the mast, should it be deemed necessary in the future, and leave no carbon footprint.

Our teams' colorful personalities and backgrounds make for an interesting mix and work environment; with all members feeling valued for the unique contribution, only they can make. Job progression and succession training is a regular topic of discussion, and all team members work towards the same mutual goals. This is a culture we will continue to build on in the future.
Social Responsibility
Rapid Struct is often commissioned to complete projects in rural towns, outside of the Gauteng province.
As a company, we support these local communities due to the high unemployment rate in these areas. In these cases, we mostly use local labour for the basic functions of the projects as the specialized skill is not usually available locally. This provides some financial relief for the workers and their families.
